Who can use this site
You must be 18 or older. The site is meant for people in the United States and Canada and is not directed at children.
What you can post
Your own experience, in your own words. Anger, grief and fear are all welcome. Don't post:
- threats, harassment or hate against anyone;
- names or details that could identify a real person, including employers' staff;
- claims about identifiable people or businesses that you know to be false;
- descriptions of ways to hurt yourself or others;
- sexual content involving minors, or anything else illegal;
- links, contact details, advertising or spam.
Moderation
We may refuse, hide or remove any post at any time, for any reason, without notice. We respond to legal and regulatory requests within 24 hours.
Your words
You keep the rights to what you write. By posting, you let us show it on this site until it is deleted. If you tick the quote box, you also let us quote it, without anything that identifies you, in our newsletter while the post still exists.
No advice, no guarantees
